Alumni community & recovery outcomes
SPERA is an alumni community app operated by your treatment center. By creating an account you agree to the following.
SPERA is for alumni of a participating treatment center and approved staff. Every account is reviewed and approved before it is activated.
Your check-ins, survey answers and any location you attach are visible to the alumni team at your treatment center — they use them to follow up with you and to measure how alumni are doing overall. They are never shown to other alumni. Posts in the community feed and your RSVPs are visible to alumni and approved staff at your treatment center only.
If you report a slip, or check the box asking for support, a member of the alumni team may reach out to you.
SPERA is a peer community and follow-up tool. It is not monitored around the clock and it is not a substitute for treatment or crisis care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Keep what you see here confidential — respect other members' anonymity. No harassment, no selling, no sharing anyone else's identity or story. Staff may remove posts and deactivate accounts that break these rules.
You may skip any survey question, correct your own profile, and ask the alumni team to deactivate your account and delete your check-in and survey data at any time.
